Terms and Conditions
Welcome! We're excited to help capture your special moments. Please take a moment to review these simple terms and conditions for your booking:
- Deposits and Payments
- $250 booking fee is required to secure your booking.
- A deposit of 50% of your chosen package is required 24 hours prior to your booking date.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before you can access your photos.
- If the balance is not paid, we will not release your photos under any circumstances and you forfeit your booking fee and deposit.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel your booking within the specified time frame for your session type, your deposit will be refunded, however you'll forfeit your booking fee:
- Weddings: At least 1 month’s notice
- Family and Pets: At least 48 hours’ notice
- Travel Photography: At least 6 weeks’ notice
- Cancellations outside these timeframes will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- If you cancel your booking within the specified time frame for your session type, your deposit will be refunded, however you'll forfeit your booking fee:
- Rebooking
- Need to reschedule? No problem! A 5% rebooking fee applies.
- Access to Photos
- Your final invoice must be paid before we release your photos. No payment = no photos.
